One author (student or regular) must be registered for the conference at the appropriate rate for us to include the paper in the LNCS proceedings. The registration (both regular and student) includes attendance at the conference together with the proceedings (on a memory stick), tea, coffee and lunch on the three conference days, and a rich social program: a welcome reception, a harbour cruise, guided tour of Mdina, a conference banquet, a closing rejoin, and a guided tour of Valletta.

Registration Fee

The fee for accompanying persons covers the below items:

1. Welcome reception
2. All social events
3. Conference banquet

The registration fee is to be paid free of transfer and other charges for the recipient (University of Groningen) by a bank transfer to the following account:

Travel visa for Malta
No visa is needed for nationals of the European Union (EU). If you are national of a country outside the EU, you need to check in your country of origin if you need a visa for Malta. If you need a visa and are author of an accepted paper or are scientist or professional with proven interest in the area of the conference, we will provide you with a confirmation letter that you have paid the registration fee and are accepted as participant of CAIP2015. You can use that letter for a visa application.

Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel your registration, we will refund the registration fee if cancellation takes place before 1st July. For a cancellation between 1st July and 15th August we will refund 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations after 15th August, or for non-attendance. As an alternative, please note that a valid registration may be transferred to another person at no cost.

A cancellation of your conference registration will incur an administration fee of EUR25.00.
